Thank you for entering the ballot – by making a request you acknowledge the following conditions apply –

• The Ballot opens 15 days prior to the game and closes 9 days prior
• The timesheet that confirms the booking will be published 7 days prior.
• Cancellations must be made by 4.00pm two days prior (cancellations for Sunday golf must be made by Friday 4.00pm.
• The charge for golf will be made to your account 4.00pm two days prior and no cancellations can then be made.
