From 1 January 2023, all timesheets open 11 days prior at 8.00pm.
Tuesday timesheets for women open 11 days prior at 2pm & 6pm (alternating tees).

Time Sheets to open 11 days prior to day of play – After taking on board feedback from the Golf Operations Staff, for various reasons, there is demand to open the time sheets in advance of the current 4 day booking window introduced during the Covid pandemic. (Previously it was an 8-day booking window). After collaboration with management, it was decided to push the booking window out to 11 days prior to the date of play. For the Saturday men, you still book on Tuesday night however its now 11 days out not 4, and for the Tuesday ladies you still book on a Friday night, and again its now 11 days out not 4. Likewise for all other days. The purpose of going to 11-days is so we can allow all members more time to plan their week and golf.
