Procedure for Entering Bowls in 2025

If you wish to play in a Bowl you must register your interest on the VGC website. See instructions below.

The Bowls that VGC are entering during the season are listed below.

You can register your interest to participate in the Bowl once it has been uploaded to the website by the office.

  1. Go to My bookings on the full website or Book a Round on the mobile app,
  2. Register your interest by entering your name on the timesheet,
  3. Teams will be selected by the Bowls Co-ordinator and the website will be updated with these names, a list will also be placed on the downstairs noticeboard and noted below (it is the members responsibility to check this),
  4. An email will be sent out one week prior to the event confirming full details.

If you play in a Bowl, $40.00 will be charged to your member account.  Please advise the office if you have any special dietary requirements to be passed on to the host Club.

If you are selected to represent the Club in a Bowl, please consider adding your name to the online roster (under ‘My Bookings’) to volunteer to walk with our junior golfers on Sunday afternoons.  Your offer to help would be very much appreciated.

Please ensure you are available to play golf before adding your name to the registration timesheet. Last-minute changes to submitted names creates extra work for the host club.
